On Tuesday 17th October, sixteen of the Primary 7 children from Carrick Primary School, Warrenpoint participated in the Newry Mourne and Down District Council's Cross Country Challenge in Downpatrick.

The children performed brilliantly with the girls' team coming first and the boys' team coming second. Well done to the boys and girls! Thanks to Mr Keenan and Mrs Medlicott who accompanied the children and to Mrs Doran and Mr Murdock for preparing the children for this event.
