Ditch the Dark Day in Carrick

On Friday 10th November 2023 the children in Carrick Primary School, Burren enjoyed a "Ditch the Dark Day". The children were invited to wear reflective and luminous hats, scarves, coats and bags, to highlight the importance of being seen by other road users when walking or cycling on the roads.

Well done to all the boys and girls for their participation. Thanks to Mrs Claire Kelly (Road Safety Coordinator) for organising this event and all the other activities during Road Safety Week.
