Following recent correspondence from Dr Mark Browne, Permanent Secretary, schools are being encouraged to complete a short expression of interest survey on SPiMs provision by Friday 3rd May at https://forms.office.com/e/6w7K469LF6

The survey lets schools articulate their position in relation to establishing a SPiM for the first time, or additional SPiM classes, and what support they would need to enable them to do so.

The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and all responses will be treated in confidence.

If schools have any queries regarding the survey, please contact the DE team at SpecialEducationTeam@education-ni.gov.uk
