A guide to the act is available here
All you have to do is submit your request in writing, by letter or e-mail, stating clearly what information you want. Publication Scheme
Under the Freedom of Information Act public bodies are required to adopt, maintain and review a publication scheme. The schemes are designed to ensure that public bodies actively release information to the public. The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has developed a Model Publication Scheme, for all public sector organisations, If you wish to view the Model Publication Scheme please click here. The types of information which CCMS will undertake to make routinely available can be viewed at ICO Definition Document for Northern Ireland non-departmental public bodies.
Much of the information that is made routinely available by CCMS can be accessed through this website.
