EA will hold an Information Webinar for all Principals on Tuesday morning to set out the steps required for schools to ensure their pupils and staff can safely and securely reestablish their C2k accounts as soon as possible. Guidance will be shared with Principals to support verifying access for the users within their school.
Eamonn Broderick, Chief Executive of CCMS, said " We strongly encourage all Principals to join tomorrow’s webinar to receive the latest update and guidance on restoring access to the C2k network. Your leadership is key to helping pupils and teachers regain access quickly, particularly with exams approaching.
"We also want to thank Education Authority staff for their tireless efforts in responding to this incident and supporting schools through recovery. Your continued cooperation will help ensure a smooth return to service for all."
The Principal or a designated representative for the Principal can register for the webinar on the link below:

EA implemented a C2k password reset in response to the cyber incident last week. They continue to assist schools to reset their passwords to re-establish C2k access and the webinar will help us to continue this work.
Schools' cooperation in this process this week will help ensure timely access to the service as soon as possible and at the beginning of the new term.
If Principals are unable to attend the webinar, please use the form to register and a copy of the recording will be made available.
Please note that the Service Desk remains open 8am to 5pm throughout for the remainder of this week and through the incoming weekend.
