Planning & Development Officer

CCMS is seeking to appoint a Planning & Development Officer to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop, manage and implement the planning and development of the school estate to meet the needs of all users through:

• Estate planning, development and implementation
• Supporting the delivery of effective and efficient services
• Delivering projects successfully
• Team working and partnership working including providing support to Principals and Boards of Governors
• Contributing to policy and strategy including supporting the development and delivery of CCMS’ statutory duty in relation to Area Planning
