Apply for a post online

The CCMS online recruitment system enables applicants to create a personal profile which allows them to:

  1. Create email alerts for vacancies
  2. Retains personal information for use on other applications
  3. Save progress and return to an application
  4. Retain previous applications & post information

If you do not wish to create a profile, you will be provided with a pin number. You will need this pin number to save your progress and access your form at a later stage whilst the job is open. Before you hit submit you should print a copy of your form as the system will not retain or send a copy

Before starting your application form please read the information below:

  1. Please ensure you are using one of the following compatible browsers - Microsoft Edge, Firefox 3+, Safari 4+ or Google Chrome - and check your firewall setting do not prevent transmission of your application.
  2. On taking up post you must be registered with GTCNI.
  3. Applicants for primary posts must hold a Recognised Teachers' Certificate in Religious Education. (see details here).
  4. All applicants must be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school
  5. Successful candidates will require an enhanced disclosure check, the cost of which is met by the candidate.
  6. The criteria for any post advertised may be enhanced to facilitate shortlisting.
  7. You cannot attach documents to your application such as C.Vs or personal statements.

Enhanced Disclosure Check

Posts involving working with children and young people in educational establishments are subject to the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (NI) Order 2007.

Applicants must disclose if there is any reason why they cannot work in regulated activity (as defined by AccessNI). For further information on regulated activity please refer to the AccessNI website www.nidirect.gov.uk/accessni.

Successful candidates will require an enhanced disclosure check, the cost of which is met by the candidate. Further details regarding payment of this will be issued with any initial offer of employment. Please be aware that any offer of employment is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
